The Northwind 100 is also available for extreme Nordic conditions. Northern power Turbines have survived 198 mph winds and -60° C temperatures in Antarctica and still continue to operate. With more than 20 turbines in Alaska having produced over 3.8 million kilowatt hours to date, the Northern team has created an arctic turbine model that is truly best in class for cold and icy environments.
